By ordering, the customer is assumed to have read and fully
understood all provisions, terms, and conditions herein. Please
e-mail us with any questions or concerns before ordering.
Prices - All prices are net, subject to stock, in
750 mL bottles unless otherwise indicated. All orders are
subject to our acceptance and we may refuse any order at our
discretion. Although it rarely happens, we have to state that
prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the
right to correct pricing errors.
Quantities - Cases are made up of 12 bottles of 750
mL, 24 bottles of 375 mL (half-bottles) and 6 bottles of 1.5
L (magnums). It is possible to order several cases and/or
have them shipped to several addresses. Please inform us if
one or more of the cases is a gift. No sales to retailers.
Payment - All orders are paid fully by credit card
(on line or by fax) upon order placement. We accept Visa and
MasterCard. Please note that you credit card is billed when
the wine is ready to ship out and not before. If you see that
your card has been debited, you can expect the wine to arrive
in New York 4 weeks later.
Confirmation of orders - You will receive a confirmation
by e-mail that your order was received after banker’s
agreement and quantity verification.
Return deliveries - No returns will be accepted and
goods cannot be exchanged. Returns due to incorrect addressing
or difficulties in delivering beyond the power of Burgundy
Online will be invoiced.
Wines may be sold to persons at least 21 years of age. By
placing an order, you are warranting to us that you are 21
years of age. Any order placed by someone under 21 constitutes
fraud. Wines may be delivered only to persons at least 21
years of age. Our shippers may require a signature of someone
at least 21 years of age at the time of delivery. Positive
ID may be required. If the wine is returned to us for failure
to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible
for paying the return shipping charges.
